Keep the books of your real-estate projects.
TakafulBook is a bilingual workspace where developers and contractors record what happens on each project — bills, payments, sales, contracts, investor transfers — issue ZATCA-compliant invoices, and keep their investors informed. Every amount is a record of something that already happened off-platform.
No funds are collected, held or transferred through TakafulBook. The subscription fee is the only payment it ever processes.
What TakafulBook is — and what it is not
A clear line, so nobody mistakes a record-keeping tool for a financial service.
It is
- A management and record-keeping workspace for real-estate development and contracting projects.
- A ledger of the money your investors have transferred to you and the payouts you have returned to them — with balances, receipts and a read-only view for each investor.
- A ZATCA e-invoicing device for your company: signed UBL invoices, reporting and clearance, credit and debit notes, VAT summaries.
- A coordination space — tasks, updates, documents and notifications — shared with your team and your investors, in Arabic and English.
It is not
- Not a funding platform: TakafulBook never collects, holds, transfers or invests money on anyone's behalf.
- Not a marketplace: there are no listings to browse and no offers to the public. Investors join a project only when its developer adds them.
- Not a payment processor for your projects: bills, payments, sales and investor transfers are recorded after they happen, through your own bank or in cash.
- The only payment TakafulBook ever processes is its own subscription fee, for which it issues you a tax invoice.
Everything a project's books need
One workspace per project, with the same tabs for the developer, the project managers and the investors.
Project workspace
Development or contracting — chosen once per project. Status, currency, photo, location, target or contract value, and project managers you appoint from your team.
Transactions ledger
Supplier wallets, bills and their payments, refunds, sales and customer contracts — each with attachments, notes and a running balance, in the currency you prefer to read.
Investor ledger
Per investor: the transfers you received and the payouts you returned, dated with a payment method and a receipt. Entitlement and balance are computed for you; investors see their own ledger read-only.
ZATCA e-invoicing
Onboard your company's device, then issue signed invoices with a QR code: simplified invoices reported to ZATCA, standard invoices cleared before issue, credit and debit notes, and a VAT summary per quarter or year.
Team coordination
Tasks with owners and due dates, a project updates feed, shared documents, and notifications by email and in the app — so everyone sees what needs their attention.
Reports and reach
PDF project reports in either language and any currency, dashboards with cash-flow charts, and a fully right-to-left Arabic interface. Sign-in is protected by an email code.
